Please read the following terms carefully before booking any of our services.

1 Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking. This can be paid online via our secure checkout (powered by Stripe) or by bank transfer.
Alternatively, you may pay in full at the time of booking through our online checkout.
If paying by deposit, the remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date.
Online payments are processed securely via Stripe and support credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link.
Bank transfer payments must clear before the applicable deadline.
All prices are in Euros (€).

Cancellations made more than 2 weeks (14 days) before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks (14 days) before the event date are non-refundable.
Food & drink orders (including BBQ add-on) cannot be refunded for cancellations made within 5 days of the event date.
Refunds for online payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

All boat charters take place weather permitting. Safety is our top priority.
If a charter is cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled to an alternative date or the deposit will be refunded in full.

Additional hours beyond the stipulated charter time are charged at €100 per hour.
Marina charges may apply for berthing at any marina other than the home berth.
BBQ on Board is available as a €50 flat-fee add-on for full day and evening charters.
Certified Lifeguard is available as a €185 flat-fee add-on for all charter types.
Add-ons can be selected during the online booking process.

A 10% early bird discount is available when booking at least 3 months in advance.
Gozo Jeep Safari group pricing: price per person reduces as your group grows, from €92/pp (Premium) or €66/pp (Basic) at 10 people, down to €69/pp (Premium) or €57/pp (Basic) at 30 people.
Group discounts may also be available for other services. Contact us to discuss.

Spiteri Events Services acts as an agent and organiser of group experiences. Boat charter services are provided by third-party vessel operators.
Spiteri Events Services is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the charter or event.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that no damage is caused to any equipment on board. Guests will be held liable for the repair or replacement cost of any damages resulting from negligence or failure to follow crew instructions.
All guests participate in activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend that guests have appropriate travel and health insurance.
